Bull Play operates this website. For a privacy question, write to ruslan@bullplay.games. A registered office is not published on this site. Use that email and we will reply.
What Bull Play does not collect here
This marketing site does not ask you to create an account. It does not run advertising or analytics trackers. It does not sell personal information. The contact form does not send your message to a Bull Play server.
Messages you choose to send
If you use the contact form, your browser opens your own email app. The draft includes the name, company, email address, and message you entered, addressed to ruslan@bullplay.games. Nothing is delivered unless you send that email yourself.
If you send it, Bull Play receives the email and uses it to answer you and, if you ask, to discuss an introduction or an operator agreement. Correspondence is kept while the conversation is active and while a later contract needs it, then deleted when it is no longer needed.
Telegram and WhatsApp messages you start from this site are received on those services. Their own privacy terms apply to the message in transit and to the account you use.
Theme setting on your device
The site can store your light or dark theme in local storage in your browser, under the name bullplay-color-scheme, so the next visit opens in the same theme. That value stays on your device. Bull Play’s servers do not receive it. You can remove it by clearing site data for this website in your browser.
Server logs
The host that serves the website may keep ordinary technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. Those logs are used to run the site and to look into abuse. They are not used to build a marketing profile.
Game demos
If you open a demo, your browser loads the game from the studio or the platform that supplies that title. That party receives the technical data needed to start the session, which can include your IP address and cookies set by the game itself. Those cookies are not set by the Bull Play marketing pages.
Website demos use a shared demo player identity configured by Bull Play. It is not your name, and it is not an account you register. The game supplier’s own policy applies once the game is open.
When information is shared
Bull Play shares personal information only in these cases:
- you send an email, Telegram message, or WhatsApp message, and we reply
- you open a demo, and the game supplier must receive the session
- a host processes the website so the pages can be served
- the law requires it
We do not sell personal information.
Operators and their players
If an operator later connects the Bull Play API, data about that operator’s players is handled under the written agreement with that operator. This privacy policy does not describe those players. An operator remains responsible for the notice it gives its own customers.
Children
The website is about business-to-business slot aggregation. It is not directed at children, and Bull Play does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can use the site without emailing us and without opening a demo. You can clear the theme setting in your browser. If you want a copy of email you already sent us, or you want it deleted, write to ruslan@bullplay.games. We will respond unless we have to keep a message for a legal or contractual reason.
Changes
Bull Play may update this policy by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the version in effect.
