The website and the API agreement
Bull Play aggregates slot games from studios and offers them to casino, sweepstake, and social operators through one API. This website explains that service and lets a visitor open a demo.
Browsing the site does not make you an operator and does not start a commercial contract. Launching the API, the revenue share, and any other commercial terms are agreed in writing before an operator goes live. If that written agreement and these terms ever differ, the written agreement controls the integration.
Who the site is for
The site is a business site. It is meant for people looking at Bull Play for an operator or for an introduction to one. It is not a consumer casino, and demo play does not pay real-money winnings.
Do not use the site if you are under the age required to view gambling-related content where you are.
Game demos
The Games page lists titles from the catalog and can open a demo session. A studio can change a game, take it offline, or refuse a launch. A demo is a way to review a title. It is not a promise that the same game, art, RTP, or volatility will be offered in a live integration.
RTP and volatility for a live catalog are agreed with the operator. The ranges described on this website are the ranges Bull Play can offer. They are not a setting you choose by playing a demo.
Messages you send
There is no account on this website. The contact form opens your own email app, addressed to ruslan@bullplay.games, with the name, company, email, and message you typed. You are responsible for what you send. Telegram and WhatsApp messages are sent on those services.
Acceptable use
When you use the site, you agree not to:
- use a demo as a real-money gambling product
- copy, resell, or frame the game clients except by playing the demo itself
- interfere with the site, the catalog, or a demo session
- attempt to reach the API, a game, or another visitor’s information without permission
- scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors
Intellectual property
The Bull Play name, this website’s design, and Bull Play’s own text belong to Bull Play. Game names, artwork, and game clients belong to the studios that make them. You receive no right in those works other than the right to view the site and play a demo as offered.
Commercial terms are not on this page
The site describes a low revenue share model for operators. It does not state a percentage, a setup fee, a minimum, or a contract length. Those terms are agreed in writing. Nothing on the website is an offer that you can accept just by using the site.
Availability
The website and the demos are provided as available. A page, a provider, or a game may be unavailable, slow, or withdrawn. Bull Play does not promise uninterrupted access.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Bull Play is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect loss arising from use of this public website or a demo. Liability for a live API is set in the operator agreement, not on this page.
Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow a business to limit, including liability for fraud.
Other sites
Links to studios, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Telegram, and WhatsApp leave this website. Those services have their own terms. A game demo also loads content from the platform that supplies that title, under that platform’s terms.
Changes
Bull Play may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the version in effect. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the updated terms for that later use.
